Adding OpenID setup.
In preperation for IkiWiki adding openid support. I have created a link from my home page to my OpenID. A while ago I setup an account at ?MyOpenID so that I could play with it on sites like livejournal and zooomr. Now after some research I have moved it over so that I can use my domain as my id. Cool eh!
