Made some jostaberry fruit leather today. It's got some fruit kick.

Boiled up the berries and a apple with not quite enough sugar. Mashed it through a sieve. Then popped it in the oven on a tray at the lowest setting for eight hours.
It has the most intense flavour I have ever tasted. Lush.

    You should have a chat with Mum and Dad, they've been making loads of different leathers. I think Mum's decided that Fig leather is a good use for all the figs.
